Description A first responder with the Federal Emergency Management Agency's emergency support function for energy captures the extent of damage to the electrical distribution infrastructure on St. Thomas, Sept. 7. St. Thomas and the other U.S. Virgin Islands sustained heavy damage, Sept. 6, from Hurricane Irma, which was a category 5 storm when it made landfall.
