Description
English: Crew members from Coast Guard Station Miami Beach and Col. James Wood from Special Operations Command South help pull out Staff Sgt. Alex Martinez from SOCS out of the water with his parachute after his jump from a C-130 aircraft during an exercise off the coast of Miami Feb. 20, 2013. The open water parachute jump is conducted every four months and is coordinated with several partner agencies including crew members from Customs and Border Protection, Miami-Dade Police Department, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, and National Park Service law enforcement marine units.
