English: Spanish Judiciary Badge used by Judges.
Español: Placa o parche judicial español utilizada por los Jueces.
Placa de Juez Escudo heráldico, en plata o metal plateado, partido en el primer cuartel las armas de España, en el segundo los símbolos de la Justicia y la inscripción de la palabra JUSTICIA, entre ellos. El escudo irá timbrado de corona real de España en plata. Por divisa tiene dos columnas de plata con base y capitel del mismo metal, y en una cinta de plata la palabra PLUS de plata en la columna del lado derecho, y ULTRA, también de plata cinta y palabra en la columna del lado izquierdo, sumada de corona imperial la primera y real la segunda. El escudo irá montado sobre una cartela de esmalte de color azul fileteada de plata y todo este conjunto montado sobre 8 ráfagas de plata o metal plateado. Sobre la base de las ráfagas, ya aludida, y en su parte inferior bordeando la mitad inferior de la cartela de referencia, figura una cinta con la leyenda Juez. Acuerdo de 23 de noviembre de 2005, del Pleno del Consejo General del Poder Judicial, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento 2/2005, de Honores, Tratamientos y Protocolo en los Actos Judiciales Solemnes. |
