English: Spanish Judiciary Badge used by court clerks.
Español: Placa o parche judicial español utilizada por los Secretarios Judiciales.
La placa se compondrá de un círculo central de esmalte de color morado, de 50 milímetros, circundado de un conjunto de ráfagas de metal dorado o plateado, distribuidas en ocho grupos, conjunto que adoptará forma estrellada, con un diámetro máximo de 85 milímetros, y mínimo de 65 milímetros. En el expresado círculo de esmalte se encerrarán, separados por un nervio vertical, dos óvalos inclinados hacia el borde, en los que figuren, respectivamente el Escudo de España y una figura alegórica representativa de la fe. Bordeando la mitad inferior, sobre el esmalte, una cinta de 4 milímetros de ancho con la inscripción «Fe Pública Judicial». Presidiendo el conjunto, la Corona del Escudo de España. Reglamento Orgánico del Cuerpo de Secretarios Judiciales de España. |
