Description
English: Large gantry mechanisms on either side of the Soyuz TMA-05M spacecraft are raised into position to secure the rocket at the launch pad on July 12, 2012 at the Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan. The launch of the Soyuz spacecraft with Expedition 32 Soyuz Commander Yuri Malenchenko, NASA Flight Engineer Sunita Williams and Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency Flight Engineer Akihiko Hoshide is scheduled for July 15 (Kazakhstan time).
