Description
Deutsch: Eine empirische Untersuchung von Social Media Krisen aus dem Jahr 2011. Untersucht wurden Krisen weltweit, darunter viele Shitstorms in Deutschland. Die Forschung wurde 2012 durchgeführt und illustriert von Christian Faller an der Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart.
English: An empirical study on the origins of social media crises from all over the world, conducted in 2012.
