Rechthoekige gouden doos met gewelfd deksel. De binnen- en buitenzijde wit geemailleerd. Op de buitenzijde van het deksel een geschilderde voorstelling van Perseus, die Andromeda bevrijdt; aan de binnenzijde Venus met de wapenrusting van Aeneas. Op de voorzijde voorstelling van Leda met de zwaan. Op de achterzijde Venus en Amor, rustend bij een fontein.
