Description
English: Arkansas State Police officers practice cutting open a “sleeping dragon” barrel to remove protesters during Operation Phalanx, held March 30-31, 2019, at Little Rock AFB, Arkansas. The operation is a joint exercise hosted by the Arkansas National Guard for civil and military organizations to train their members’ tactics and techniques for responding to a civil disturbance.
