Description
English: Sizzling Sisig or Sisig is a heritage dish from Angeles, Pampanga that was pass through generations to every part of the Philippines. Sisig is known to be the best dish match with beer or "pulutan" especially in parties and festivities. Mainly it is made out of pig, pork skin, pork mascara or face, and meat that is grilled to both crisp and savory tandem. Topped with chili pepper, onions, sometimes with raw egg, or pig's brain, soy sauce, and calamansi as balancer to its taste. Sisig now have alot of rendition but one thing is common, it will always be a party hit.
