English: This image of a sticky geranium anther was compiled from 110 separate images, and shows the pollen shape being released by the anther. This sticky geranium anther was found north of Yellowstone park. It was secured on a microscope stage and photographed with a Zeiss Luminar 25mm lens mounted on bellows Nikon D850 camera. The adjustments in focus was via the microscope stage, 110 individuals images were made, then added together using the Helicon Focus stacking program. |
