English: U.S. Navy Cmdr. Colin Caswell, left, the executive officer of Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Command Master Chief Jeffery Tidwell, the command master chief of Naval Station Guantanamo Bay and members of the naval station's Junior Enlisted Association, hang a Sexual Assault Prevention and Response ribbon signed by base personnel at the local Navy Exchange in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, June 5, 2014. Service members and civilians at Naval Station Guantanamo Bay signed the ribbon plaque as a pledge to help end sexual assault.
