Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Map of current and former separatist movements in the Republic of India (1950–present), as of July 2023. It is based on the reliable data from English Wikipedia. Northeast India (Seven Sister States, Sikkim and North Bengal) is shown as one unit due to the multiple different proposals by insurgent groups. The red corridor (i.e. Naxal-affected areas) is not shown since it does not qualify as separatism, although it does qualify as insurgency.
