English: EL SENADO DIO ACUERDO A 14 PLIEGOS DE JUECES Y DEFENSORES
CON ALGUNAS DISIDENCIAS Y ABSTENCIONES EL PLENO DE LOS SENADORES APROBÓ LA DESIGNACIÓN DE 14 JUECES Y DEFENSORES. TAMBIÉN ESTUVO DE ACUERDO CON LA PROMOCIÓN DE EMBAJADORES PLENIPOTENCIARIOS Y DIFERENTES ASCENSOS MILITARES. En la discusión en particular de algunos de los pliegos, concretamente el de los candidatos a dos juzgados laborales, Lucrecia Pedrini y María Gabriela D´Angelo (Juzgado Nacional de primera instancia del Trabajo Nº 55 C.A.B.A y Juzgado Nacional de primera instancia del Trabajo N 48 de C.A.B.A), el senador por Chubut, Mario Pais (Bloque PJ) cuestionó el procedimiento llevado adelante para la elección. A esta objeción se sumaron los senadores por San Luis, Adolfo Rodríguez Saá (Unidad Justicialista), por Salta, Cristina Fiore Viñuales (PARES), por Formosa, María Teresa González (Bloque PJ). El senador por Neuquén, Marcelo Fuentes (Frente para la Victoria-PJ) expuso la abstención de su bloque, medida que acompañaron la senadora por Río Negro, María Odarda y por la Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Fernando Solanas. La sesión comenzó con un homenaje al expresidente Fernando de la Rúa, fallecido el 9 de julio pasado. En su exposición, el senador por Mendoza, Julio Cobos (UCR), solicitó "un minuto de silencio para este hombre (De la Rúa) de vasta trayectoria política". |
