Printed reproduction showing Dr Selina Fox in her study at Riley Street, Bermondsey, South London. This was the office of the Church Missionary Society's missionary training school. In 1901, Selina Fox was appointed medical officer to the CMS where she stayed for two years. As the outcome of her experiences there, she founded the Bermondsey Medical Mission in 1904; and to this she devoted the rest of her life. Archives & Manuscripts |
