English: Sefer ha-Middot (Orhot Zaddikim) is a medieval Hebrew ethical work by an anonymous author. This is the earliest extant manuscript of the book, completed by the scribe in 1430 (ק"ץ), and is currently held in the Manuscript Department of Warsaw University Library (ms. 258/11). The manuscript is unique in that it contains an abbreviated version the work (which we have called Sefer ha-Middot ha-Qazar or "the short" Sefer ha-Middot), plus an appendix which is a synopsis of the entire work. The appendix is entitled Simanei Sefer ha-Middot in the manuscript (it is missing in all other manuscripts). This manuscript is being utilized within the edition of Orhot Zaddikim at the Hebrew Wikisource.
