7. Novembre 1818. NOI MARIA LUISA DI BORBONE INFANTA DI SPAGNA DUCHESSA DI LUCCA ec. ec. Considerando che la Bandiera Spagnola provvisoriamente adottata nel Ducato, essendo questo uno Stato distinto dalla Spagna, può dar luogo a degl'inconvenienti nel Commercio Marittimo; Inteso il Nostro Ministro Segretario di Stato per gli affari Esteri, Abbiamo Decretato e Decretiamo quanto appresso ART I. D'ora in avanti la Bandiera Lucchese Mercantile sarà composta dei seguenti colori: Il fondo della Bandiera bianco, con uno scacco all' estremità superiore della medesima presso l'asta, metà rosso, e metà giallo. 2. La Bandiera Reale sarà simile alla Mercantile e avrà inoltre impresso nel mezzo di essa il Nostro Reale Stemma. 3. Il Nostro Ministro Segretario di Stato per gli Affari Esteri è incaricato della esecuzione del presente Decreto, che sarà stampato e pubblicato. Dato dalla Nostra Real Villa di Marlia questo giorno 7. Novembre 1818. - MARIA LUISA - A. Mansi Tom. III. S. A. R. MARIA Luisa di Borbone Duchessa di Lucca cc. cc. cc.. con decreto 7 novembre 1818 introdusse due bandiere. 1.. Bandiera Reale, di bianco caricata d’uno scudo spagnulo inquartato nel primo partito dei Medici e di Farnese. nel secondo controinquartato di Castiglia e Léon; nel terzo di Mantova; nel quarto partito d‘Austria e di Lorena: sul tutto dei Borboni alla brisura di rosso - Lo scudo timbrato da corona reale e nel canton destro della bandiera il quartier franco spaccato di rosso e di giallo. livrea particolare del ramo Borbone di Spagna. 2» Bandiera di Mare, bianca al quar. tier franco sopra descritto |
