Summary[edit]

Description
English: Letters from a sign for Seattle's Coliseum Theater. These date from a 1950s remodel, and were taken down shortly after the theater closed on March 11, 1990. The building next became a Banana Republic store, which closed in the 2020. Some time shortly after that, these letters were found in the basement. As of 2023, the building is a temporary art space, XO Seattle. The letters from the sign were on display as part of a "Vanishing Seattle" exhibit at RailSpur in Pioneer Square.
