Description
English: Two Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) dendritic crystals. The images of the two crystals were taken under a transmission electron microscope (TEM) and subsequently positioned to resemble a Christmas tree (tree and topper). The sizes are a few hundred nm.
Italiano: Cristalli dendritici di titanato di stronzio (SrTiO3). Le immagini dei due cristalli sono state scattate al microscopio elettronico a trasmissione (TEM) e successivamente posizionate in modo da richiamare un albero di Natale (albero e puntale). Le dimensioni sono di qualche centinaio di nm.
