Image Description:

Two-sided poster. Side one has the title and is a white poster with a picture of several endangered species in the United States with a short paragraph giving information on them. The animals include: Kemp's Ridley sea turtle; eastern indigo snake; black footed ferret; whooping crane; black lace cactus; shortnose sturgeon; Fresno kangaroo rat; mission blue butterfly; bald eagle; small whorled pogonia; and Florida manatee.The second side has the added title: Protecting endangered species from pesticides. The top section shows various animals, gives a brief explanation of the Endangered Species Act, describes how harmful pesticides are, and some steps to take to help reduce the threat to endangered species. The lower section gives the title, gives sources for more information, and explains a bit more about endangered species.
