Description By 1922 the porcelain enamelled 1919 Saskatchewan baseplates were all used up so a heavy guage embossed baseplate was issued for the remainder of the duration of this baseplate. Saskatchewan replated with annual issues again in 1923. See my Saskatchewan set for pics of other plates from this province.
