| Description |
English: Chiesa Parrocchiale di Santa Maria Assunta, Riva del Garda, Italy. Side chapel. The chapel was built 1692 - 1696 and integrated into the church during construction 1728-1742. It is the chapel of the "Madonna dei Miracoli", a statue of the sculptor Antonio of Chiavica from the year 1488. The altar was created in 1739 by Alessandro Salvi of Rezzato. The paintings of Guiseppe Albert (1640 - 1716) represent scenes from the life of Mary. The stucco works and stone galleries are impressive.
Deutsch: Chiesa Parrocchiale di Santa Maria Assunta, Riva del Garda, Italien. Seitenkapelle. Die Kapelle wurde 1692 - 1696 erbaut und beim Bau der Kirche (1728 - 1742) in diese integriert. Es ist die Kapelle der "Madonna dei Miracoli", eine Statue des Bildhauers Antonio von Chiavica aus dem Jahre 1488. Der Altar wurde 1739 von Alessandro Salvi von Rezzato geschaffen. Die Gemälde von Guiseppe Albert (1640 - 1716) stellen Szenen aus dem Leben Marias dar. Eindrucksvoll sind die Stuckarbeiten und die Steinemporen. |
