English: Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command Comptroller Tim Dowd discusses fiscal responsibility in engineering during a panel discussion with business leaders and military veteran engineering students at San Diego State University. SPAWAR and SDSU co-hosted a panel discussion and networking forum for veteran and wounded warrior students studying science, technology, engineering and mathematics careers.
