Description
English: The Soviet Mirka I class light frigate SKR-6 (FFL-824) moves away from the destroyer USS CARON (DD 970) immediately after impacting the American ship. The CARON was exercising the right of free passage through the Soviet-claimed 12-mile territorial waters when it was struck by the frigate.
