Description Lot-9426-3: MacArthur – Man of the Hour. General Douglas A. MacArthur is pictured, (left), with Franklin D. Roosevelt and the late Secretary of War George Dorn, (center), in Washington shortly after appointment of the General as U.S. Army Chief of Staff in 1930.
