English: The Romanov imperial family pays a state visit to Romania, June 1914.

The OTMAA (Olga, Tatiana, Maria, Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova and the tzarevich Alexei/Alexis), together with their parents the tsar Nicholas II and the Empress Alexandra, watch a military parade from balcony.

From left: Princess Mignon of Romania, the Grand Duchesses Marie and Anastasia (taking charge of the conversation). To the right of white divder the Tsar's and Empress Alexandra's first cousin Marie of Romania and the Grand Duchesses Tatiana (the most socially animated) and Olga with Heir Alexis. Marie of Romania's mother the Grand Duchess Marie Alexandrovna was the Tsar's aunt and her father Prince Alfred of Britain was the Empress Alexandra's uncle.
