English: Roches moutonnees Granite outcrop at the high-tide mark shows clear evidence of ice movement during the last glaciation in a southerly direction, which has left a smooth 'upstream' slope towards the camera and a plucked, jagged 'downstream' slope on the opposite side.
The distant horizon is Finish Island with its many white sandy coves. |
