Description
English: Roman Republican silver denarius of C. Egnatius Maximus, dating to 75 BC (Reece Period 1). Obverse: MAXSVMVS, Bust of Libertas right. Reverse: C EGNATIVS CN F, CN N, Roma and Venus standing. Mint of Rome. RRC p. 405, no. 391/3. This coin is from a scarce issue with 30 obverse and 33 reverse dies recorded.
