Summary[edit]
DescriptionRegional Transit Authorities in the Twin Cities.png |
English: This map shows the service areas of the regional transit authorities in the Twin Cities. Opt-out providers include:
Maple Grove Transit Plymouth Metrolink SouthWest Transit Minnesota Valley Transit Authority. Minnetonka is technically an opt-out city but they work with Metro Transit for transit service. Cities within the regional transit authorities are labeled as well as the central cities of Minneapolis and Saint Paul. Lakeville is also labeled and served by Metro Transit but is not within the contiguous main area of Metro Transit's service area. A .svg version of the map was previous uploaded but the SVG version poorly renders the north arrow and moves the text labels on the map to unexpected areas. (File:Regional Transit Authorities in the Twin Cities.svg) I'm hoping a static .png version will work better. |
