Français : Au pied du Jebel Tazarhart, perché sur un éperon, dans un environnement sauvage avec des couloirs de neige, même en été. Point de départ pour l'ascension du Tazarhart, les "montagnes des couloirs."

Par Tizi Mzik D+ 1600 m, 6h D'Imlil on monte direction WSW au Tizi (Col) Mzik à 248 m. Longer ensuite la pente à gauche en descendant légèrement jusqu’à l'Azib (bergerie) Tamsoult. De la on monte le vallon aux cascades d'Irhoulidene. Fin d'utilisation du mule car il y a souvent un peu de neige ou glace sur le chemin qui devient plus raide. Traverser le torrent et monter rive droite. Avec peu d'enneigement on suit alors le sentier partiellement enneige jusqu'au refuge situe vers 3000 m un peu au-dessous d'une petite cascade. Avec plus de neige on peut chausser les skis vers 2700 m pour monter dans la combe jusqu'au refuge.

Par le Tizi n'tzikert Très bon sentier et plus rapide. Remonter jusqu'à Aremd et au moment ou le sentier traverse l'oued, rester à droite et prendre le bon sentier muletier qui monte d'abord à flanc puis en lacets jusqu'au col, le sentier mène ensuite directement au refuge.
