Description Chief Petty Officer Damian Gonzalez, a storekeeper with the 14th District Response Recovery Team, observes Coast Guardsmen conducting a training evolution to assemble, deploy and operate a Vessel of Opportunity Skimming System aboard the Tug Na’ina outside Honolulu Harbor, Oahu, Sept. 30, 2015.
