Português: Parte de um mapa relativo aos projectos ferroviários complementares à Rede Ferroviária ao Norte do Mondego, em Portugal, decretada em 15 de Fevereiro de 1900. Foram realçadas três linhas que foram planeadas mas nunca totalmente construídas, e caso tivessem sido concluídas fariam parte de um rede comum. A vermelho está a Linha do Vale do Lima, entre Viana do Castelo e Ponte da Barca, mais a sua continuação até à fronteira no Lindoso. A azul está a Linha de Braga a Monção, que iria entroncar com a primeira em Ponte da Barca. A amarelo está a Linha de Braga a Guimarães, que continuaria a linha de Braga a Monção. Esta imagem foi publicada na Gazeta dos Caminhos de Ferro n.º 372, de 16 de Junho de 1903, e digitalizada pela Hemeroteca Municipal de Lisboa.
English: Part of a map of the complementary projects of the Rede Ferroviaria ao Norte do Mondego (Railway Network on North of the Mondego River), in Portugal, decreted on the 15th February 1900. The three rail lines that are highlighted were planned but never fully built, and if they had been completed they would form its own network. The red line is the Alto Minho railway, that was supposed to connect Viana do Castelo do Ponte da Barca, and then continue to the border with Spain at Lindoso. The blue line would connect Braga do Monção, crossing the first one at Ponte da Barca. The yellow line was the Braga to Guimarães railway, that would continue the second one. The caption explains the status of the rail lines in the map, according to the 1900 plan: The continuous line were the railways built and in exploration, the dashed lines were the planned railways, the crosses indicated the railways whose construction would be made later, and the round markers were the rail lines that were considered as been under construction.
