Summary[edit]

Description Councilmember Tom Rasmussen speaks to the media announcing 24 additional red light cameras at 19 intersections around the city to help create safer streets and neighborhoods. Councilmember Rasmussen and Councilmember Nick Licata led the creation of the successful 2004 pilot project at four intersections. Also pictured are Mayor Greg Nickels, SDOT Director Grace Crunican and SPD Deputy Chief Clark Kimerer.
