"Es ist och gesetzet, von den Raeten, zunftmaistern und der gemaind durch frides willen, das niement in dirr statt nit mer trinkstuben sol han denn, die, die under ainem bugermaister sint ain und darnach in ieder zunft och ain, und nit mer, der si han wil und mit gedingt: was schenki oder Erung ieder trinkstuben zu der vasenach gevallet, daz sol denen ze statten und zu nutz komen, die denn in der vasenacht zech sint und niement anders. Es mugent och die kouflut in der selben wise och ain trinkstuben han und nit mer. Es sol niement den andern darzu noten noch triben in der trinkstuben kainen ze gand, wan als er gern tut; fatcum die dominica, qua cantatur Judica anno domini millesimo CCC° LXX octavo"
