Deutsch: Schematisches Diagramm des Wärmestrahlungsaustauschs zwischen zwei parallelen Platten mit den Temperaturen, Emissivitäten und Reflektivitäten T1, epsilon1, r1 bzw. T2, epsilon2, r2. Die Reflektivitäten beider Platten betragen 67%, die emittierte Strahlung ist erst nach Mehrfachreflexion vollständig absorbiert. Dargestellt ist nur der von Platte 1 ausgehende Strahlungsstrom; der von Platte 2 ausgehende Strahlungsstrom verhält sich analog.
English: Schematic diagram showing the exchange of thermal radiation between two parallel plates with temperature, emissivity and reflectivity T1, epsilon1, r1 and T2, epsilon2, r2, respectively. Both plates have reflectivity 67%; it takes multiple reflections for the emitted radiation to be completely absorbed. The diagram only shows the thermal radiation emitted by plate 1. The radiation emitted by plate 2 behaves in a similar manner.
