[edit]
Description A military license plate from the North Caucasian Compound. This plate was received by me from a fellow license plate collector who said it was taken off a vehicle that fought in the war with Chechnya. The military code of "21' denotes this plate to be issued in the North Caucasian Compound. Chechnya is the North Caucasian region.
