Рельефный портрет В.Я. Струве, справа — астрономический инструмент, на втором плане — изображения фасада Пулковской обсерватории и звездного неба, внизу вдоль канта — надпись: «В.Я. СТРУВЕ», справа – годы в две строки: «1793» и «1864».

Чеканка — ru:Санкт-Петербургский монетный двор.
