Stema comunei Turia, potrivit anexei nr. 1.3, se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, tăiat de un brâu undat, de argint.

În partea superioară, în câmp albastru, se află o cetate argintie cu poarta închisă, cu un turn crenelat, cu fereastră neagră.

În vârful scutului, în câmp roșu, pe o coroană de aur cu trei fleuroni și două perle, împodobită cu rubine și smaralde, se află un braț armat de argint, ținând o sabie de argint cu mânerul și garda de aur.

Între braț și sabie se află o cruce de aur.

Scutul este trimbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificațiile elementelor însumate

Cetatea reprezintă cetatea Balvanyos, iar brâul undat simbolizează bogăția de ape minerale a zonei.

Coroana de aur împreună cu brațul armat reprezintă elemente ce fac parte din blazonul familiei Apor, care secole de-a rândul a patronat biserica și școala.

Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
