Română: Descrierea stemei:

Potrivit anexei nr. 1.6, stema comunei Zerind se compune dintr-un scut triunghiular cu marginile rotunjite, despicat în 3 câmpuri, două verzi şi unul roşu. În interiorul scutului, în fiecare câmp verde, se află un spic de grâu şi un brâu albastru. În câmp roşu se află o biserică de argint, văzută din faţă, cu turlă ascuţită, terminată cu o stea. Scutul este timbrat de o coroană murală de argint cu un turn crenelat.

Semnificaţiile elementelor însumate:

Biserica reprezintă credinţa seculară a locuitorilor. Spicele de grâu reprezintă una dintre ocupaţiile de bază ale locuitorilor, agricultura. Brâurile albastre simbolizează faptul că localitatea este aşezată între Crişul Alb şi Crişul Negru. Coroana murală cu un turn crenelat semnifică faptul că localitatea are rangul de comună.
