Deutsch: Kurzbeschreibung: RNA wird zu cDNA konvertiert und anschließend fragmentiert. Durch die Sequenzierung werden kurze „reads“ beobachtet, welche dann mit dem Referenzgenom (oder Transkriptom) verglichen werden. Diese „reads“ können dann als exonic reads oder „junction reads“ klassifiziert werden. Damit kann ein Expressionsmuster aufgebaut werden. |
