Description

Along with tram nr 25 of VEB Städtischer Nahverkehr Halberstadt having turned in the triangle at Vogtei, are a Barkas, Trabant and Moskvich. A few weeks later on 25 May 1990 the town took over running of the tram from the VEB. Details <a href="http://www.strassenbahn-halberstadt.de/geschichte.html" rel="nofollow">here</a> At the end of 1992, the transport undertaking had become Halberstädter Verkehrs-GmbH

Car 25 was a <a href="" rel="nofollow">1971 REKO unit</a> which survived until 1991. The tram is reversing out of the terminus in Bakenstrasse for the left of the picure, and will resume its journey on the single line kerb running aligment of Vogtei off to the right.
