Summary[edit]

Description
English: Was hoping for clear skies, was given clouds. Thankfully, pretty thin clouds. I had a Dr.s appointment at the scheduled time of the eclipse but loaded my tripod, Nikon D700 & 400mm f.4.5 lens into the car, just in case I'd have time to photograph. Turned out I did, from the Doctor's parking lot surrounded by physicians & nurses wanting to get a look! Despite the clouds or maybe because of them, I was very pleased with the results.
