Photographer: Sgt. William L. Logan. 6902 ASU. Fort Lawton, WA. Discovery Park Blvd, Seattle, WA 98199 Fort Lawton was established by the Secretary of War in 1896. In 1973 the property was given to the City of Seattle and converted into Discovery Park. General Discovery Park location provided. U.S. Army
