In 1913, there were 1899 horse drawn (25%)and 4792 motor driven (75%) or a total of 6691 vehicles crossing the bridgein 24 hours. In 1919 the number of horse drawn had decreased to 1207 (7%)and the motor driven had increased to 17,594 (93%) or a total of 18.801.
