Summary[edit]
DescriptionPulpit and organ - geograph.org.uk - 1764030.jpg |
English: Pulpit and organ The organ in St Andrew's Church was moved down from the west gallery in 1924 and placed alongside the pulpit which it complements nicely, both being in the attractive "Churchwarden Gothick" style of the early 19th century. The instrument was built by J.W. Walker of London in 1851, which suggests that it may have been purchased from the Great Exhibition of that year. |
