Description
Español: Está ubicado al lado del antiguo retén de Bella Vista y debe su nombre al arquitecto Jesús Muñoz Tebar, quien diseñó dicha cárcel y quien fuera presidente del estado Zulia en 1894. A finales del siglo XIX era una sencilla estructura de madera que permitía el paso del tranvía El Milagro, uniendo el mercado principal y la punta de El Empedrado. Para 1930 es sustituido el antiguo puente por otro de concreto, presentando dos altas columnas de este material en la parte central y faroles para su iluminación en las pilastras de ambos lados, con modificaciones actuales. Actualmente presenta una estructura que termina en dos barandales formados por tres columnas o pequeñas pilastras unidas entre sí a través de una especie de balaustrada. Destacan sobre ambas columnas centrales otras de menores dimensiones a manera de base para la iluminación con faroles. Maracaibo.
