Las acciones que lleva adelante ANSES orientadas a los pueblos originarios aseguran la presencia de la seguridad social, con criterios de pluralidad, inclusión y participación de las comunidades donde el organismo acciona. Actualmente, el organismo previsional desarrolla diferentes programas que abordan la cuestión indígena de una manera integral: capacitación presencial, campaña informativa en lenguas originarias y entrega de netbooks en escuelas de Educación Intercultural Bilingüe. Desde 2009, implementa el programa Bienestar para nuestra gente de capacitación en Seguridad Social para los pueblos indígenas. El programa tiene como propósito garantizar el acceso de los pueblos indígenas a las prestaciones de la Seguridad Social, desde el respeto y valorización de su identidad cultural. La iniciativa contempla el mejoramiento de los canales institucionales para la tramitación de las prestaciones de ANSES y formación y capacitación sobre los derechos. Para complementar las jornadas de formación y ampliar el impacto, durante 2011 trabajó en una campaña informativa en diversas lenguas indígenas para realizar afiches y micros radiales sobre la Asignación Universal y por Embarazo, la posibilidad de obtener una jubilación y los derechos sociales que otorga ANSES. La campaña informativa en lenguas indígenas se realizó de manera participativa, por eso ANSES realizó jornadas junto a qom y wichis de Ing. Juarez en Formosa y con mbya guaraní de Aristóbulo del Valle, Misiones. Todas las comunidades recibieron con entusiasmo la propuesta y emprendieron el trabajo de realizar las traducciones en conjunto. En cada una de los encuentros se debatía acerca del significado para la comunidad de las prestaciones que brinda ANSES y los maestros bilingües fueron los encargados de las traducciones tanto para el guión del spot radial como para el texto de la pieza gráfica. |
