Description

City of Coral Springs. Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

"Give Them Wings" by artist Amie Jacobsen is a 12 foot tall stainless steel sculpture representing butterfly wings featuring cast glass tiles infused with iridescent color. the sculpture is interactive because the spectator can become part of the art by standing in the middle of the wings, becoming the "body" of the butterfly.
