English: Description: Cover of the souvenir programme from the state opening of the new Northern Ireland parliament by King George V on 22nd June 1921. At the top, the British royal arms surmounted by a Tudor crown and god save the king, flanked by two rectangles displaying the arms of Ulster (the red hand of Ulster on a white inescutcheon superimposed on a red cross with a gold field). At the centre, the title in an ornamental frame :

At the foot, the arms of Belfast flanked by rectangles bearing the cross of St Patrick (at left) and the crowned shamrock badge of the Irish crown (at right).
