Description
Español: Se desarrollaron labores de capacitacion dirigigas al personal tecnico y de produccion con el objetivo de establecer el sistema de aseguramiento de los procesos de inocuidad en la produccion (HACCP), a traves de un intercambio de conocimientos descrito a traves de la metodologia elaborada y formulada por el Ing. Qco. a cargo de labores de Gestion Ambiental. Esto permite a la empresa saltar al primer plano de creacion de estandares de calidad y eficiencia en la busqueda de soluciones tecnicamente viables y compatibles con el aprovechamiento racional de los recursos.
