Summary[edit]

Description

Flood waters at the St. Louis riverfront.

I'm impressed that the lights still worked with the wiring under water. It just goes to show that this area is a recreation area outside of the floodwall designed to withstand flooding. Downtown St. Louis isn't where people lost houses to the flood. A couple weeks after these were taken the river had gone down and the streets had been cleaned and reopened.
